The symptoms and signs of CML are related to the CML phase in which patients are in. These are:
Chronic phase:
- No symptoms or just vague symptoms
Accelerated phase: Commonest symptoms are:
- Feeling unwell
- Fatigue
- Night sweats
- Weight loss
- Frequent infections
Blast phase: Main symptoms are:
- Anaemia
- Pale appearance
- Weakness or fatigue
- Shortness of breath
- Easy bruising and bleeding
- Fever and frequent infections
- Night sweats
- Loss of appetite or weight.
