- Low risk
- Intermediate risk
- High risk
Chromosomes/genes abnormalities of patients affect two thirds of their prognosis. The final third is determined by age, sex, physical fitness and clinical features .

- Suitable treatments and intensity of treatment required
- Appropriate consolidation therapy, including suitability for ASCT
