This course is designed to introduce you to the Leukaemia Care database and to lead you through your basic user training and/or refresher training.
It is not possible to cover every single possible use of the database – users access the database for different purposes and there are infinite ways in which it can be used.
More specific use of certain areas of the database relevant to individual roles will be trained by Team Heads or other colleagues.
This course will explain the importance of the database and will teach you the basics of the six required minimum fields and/or areas that are expected to be completed on all records (The 6 Cs), how to enter information correctly and how to search for and amend an existing record.
Real constituent records may be shown in this course. Any information shared in screenshots or videos throughout this course is strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone outside of our charity.
A course completion certificate will be available to print or download on completion of the full course, after successfully passing the Final Quiz
